Returns + Exchanges
Hats have a 14-day return policy. Must be in new / unworn condition. All shirt sales are final – Shirts are made to order with a focus on sustainability to prevent waste. See chart above to confirm sizing before ordering. Exchanges may be worked out on a case by case basis within one week after receiving your order, please email us support@vyl-01.com. If there is an error on our part due to wrong size or damage, please email us and we will fix our mistake. We will not accept any items that have been worn.
Shipping + Delivery
Shipping is free. Hats are ready to ship. Shirts are made to order. Shirt orders are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks of the order being placed.
