Refund policy

Returns – Full-Price Items Only

We offer a 14-day return window for full-price (non-sale, non-clearance) items only. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased at full price (not on sale or clearance)

  • Be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please reach out to us through our contact page. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

If you feel your pen is defective, contact us and we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us before starting a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in line with EU consumer rules.

As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging—and you’ll need proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us through our contact page.
