Returns + Exchanges

All sales are final – Our products are made to order with a focus on sustainability to prevent waste. See chart above to confirm sizing before ordering. Exchanges may be worked out on a case by case basis within one week after receiving your order, please email us support@vyl-01.com. If there is an error on our part due to wrong size or damage, please email us and we will fix our mistake. We will not accept any items that have been worn.

Shipping + Delivery

Hats are ready to ship. Shirts are made to order. Orders are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks of the order being placed. 

Lost + Stolen Packages 

VYL-01 is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the shipping service.
